Anyone who knows me knows that there are a few shows that I love like no other. At the very top of that list is Lost and of course, Heroes.

With that said, I am very excited that Heroes has finally returned after its 9 month hiatus. Ending prematurely due to the writers strike botched second season, I was left wanting so much more. I have got that and then some with what I consider to be the very triumphant return of the 3rd season of Heroes entitled “Villains” which aired the two first episodes this past Monday on NBC.

If the name gives any indication, the show has taken a very sharp u-turn towards the darker side. The characters having dealt with the world shattering virus last season, are now faced with a series of new developments that might actually lead to a quite literal world shattering series of events.
